Speakers: Mark St. Onge and Jenna Elmer, University of Arizona Facilities Management
Mark St. Onge is a member of the senior management team in the University of Arizona’s Facilities Management department. He has more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC and facilities management field, holding various leadership roles in those fields for over 20 of those years. Mark leads a team of nearly 60 technical professionals in the day to day operations of utilities and energy management for The University of Arizona campus. This team is responsible for the production and distribution of electricity, chilled water, steam, domestic and purified water as well as building automation and energy management for the 11 million square foot U of A campus. Mark has a passion for developing leaders and for helping people find work that they are passionate about. Mark has an associate’s degree in building and construction technology/HVAC and a bachelor’s degree in operations management.
As a member of the senior management team, Jenna Elmer works diligently to create an award winning corporate culture that engenders the growth of each employee. Jenna is a versatile human-resources professional providing corporate leadership on human resource policies, programs and practices that permeate all aspects of the human resources function to include leadership development, formulating policies and procedures, building effective HR systems, conducting training, managing rapid and sustained business growth, and directing HR strategies. Jenna is certified as an SPHR since 1999 and has over 20 years experience as an HR professional and has worked in higher education, facilities management, and aerospace. Jenna is a graduate of Northern Arizona University.
